## FEATURES

**Individual, private studio spaces for rent,** varying in size and starting at $225/month—ideal for painters, illustrators, print-makers, mixed media artists, etc.

**Designed and built for artist use from the ground up** with 16ft ceilings, southern exposure, and gallery-grade lighting. Each space has multiple outlets and a locking door.

**Communal gallery space right outside your door.** It’s as private as you want it to be. Conducive to distancing and social interactions.

**Convenient location** close to coffee shops, groceries, and hardware stores. Plentiful street parking, near 77 Belmont bus and the Blueline.

**Amenities include**: central air/heat, WiFi, security, a kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee, espresso, and tea.
